In 2017 I tried my hand (feet?) at hiking the Pacific Crest Trail from the border of Mexico to Canada through the scorching California Desert, the High Sierra Nevada, the majestic Cascade Mountains, and the rainforests of the Pacific Northwest. But things didn’t go to plan and I was stricken with illness after illness as we hopped around the wilderness avoiding wildfires and high snow.
It’s Always Something is 60-pages of brightly colored watercolor sketches, mini-comics, and handwritten and typed journal entries, printed on 80lb stock, and saddle-stitched.
